Thank you for the suggested idea.

After reading it carefully, I understand that the main pain point here is the removal/fix of items already received.

To be more specific, the description of already received items should be updated to reflect the new pattern.

    1. Is this understanding correct?
    2. How often such change happens?
    3. Can you please add examples of the existing description and the needed update?
    4. Can the 'Update items using Excel load' CloudApp be utilized for fixing the description? see https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/appcenter/item-updater-by-excel/

    Thanks for the collaboration,

This would be an excellent time saver. It is a more efficient way to work with the Authority Control Task List. It also makes better sense to sort by Bib Headings since that is what we want to control. Please make this happen!

Authority Control Task List Ability to Sort by Bib Headings
It would be helpful to be able to sort the authority control task list by Bib Headings, as often the same names appear multiple times. When these names have multiple names in the national authority file after pressing F3, it is necessary to view all the names to find the correct name to use. It is time consuming to have to go back to the same group of names over and over and over and over.
If I could sort the names in the task list, then when I find the correct record I could select it and continue searching the list of authority records to find the right name, instead of having to start from the beginning every time I encounter the same name. For example the name Johnson, Matthew occurring over 10 times and O'Dea Geoff. over 5 times.
