    This would be a useful addition to Leganto to be able to report on all modules within a certain study programme. At present we have to manually filter our reports by course code to obtain this information.

    We will add a field to the course record in Alma, reportable in Analytics, for the faculty/school. It could be used for reporting purposes but not for discovery purposes. In other words, you will be able to pull list usage by faculty/school, but end users will not be able to browse by faculty/school.

    There has been related development since this idea was first posted. It is now possible to use the Reading List Citation Update Task to Synchronize Citations with Repository, including an option to handle citations that are linked to deleted bibliographic records (delete or detach citation). The job can also be run in report mode. As of the May 2024 release it is possible to schedule the job to run on a regular basis. We believe this resolves this idea, but please test and let us know if otherwise.

    Currently there is no option for PhD thesis as an Electronic Material Type, only Masters and dissertation, Doctoral type would be a useful addition.
