Issue:

Since going live on Rapido in 2022 I have consistently received requests from staff and librarians asking for more control over the appearance of pod terms on the Rapido tiles. The bold parts of the tile are not editable at all and have created many patron complaints when the terms are not met because either A) the first library in the pod request order is unable to fill the book for some reason or B) the book is delayed due to shipping issues or staffing issues. These complaints are why this is a consistent issue brought up by librarians or staff.

Proposed Solution:

While the pod terms themselves are great for libraries to adhere to, it would be helpful if they weren't so visible to patrons. I propose being able to toggle them on or off in Primo, so the terms still manage the pod but are not visible to the patron. This will remove the issue when pod terms change or expectations are not met.
