Add 'Use Rapido Pod Terms' and 'Rapido Partner' columns to add partners action on rota tab
When attempting to add a partner to a borrowing request from the Rota tab > Add partners action, staff have noticed that the 'Use Rapido Pod Terms' and 'Rapido Partner' columns are missing, see screenshot 'Add partners from rota'.
Both columns are essential for accurately identifying the correct partner and efficiently submitting requests using pod terms. When these columns are missing at the point of need, the workflow slows down significantly. Staff must spend extra time trying to determine the correct partner, especially for requests to send to Rapido partners since it's not possible to identify at a glance which are Rapido partners. Additionally, the absence of the 'Use Rapido Pod Terms' column increases the risk of the option being forgotten to be selected.
When adding partners from the 'Add Partners' button on the 'General Information' tab the experience is different. Both of the 'Use Rapido Pod Terms' and 'Rapido Partner' columns are present, see screenshot 'Add partners from general info'. It's confusing to staff to have a different and downgraded experience in the 'Rota' tab.
