updating Lending requests to Filled without sending the file
Sometimes libraries update Lending requests to Filled, but do not actually send the file via RapidX or any other way.
There should be a way to indicate that the file was not actually sent to the Borrowing library.

Hello, we've released a development for this issue. The development creates an automated lender resend if a file has not been received from the lender. Additional details can be found in this knowledge article:

One solution would be for Alma claims to also work with RapidILL requests and not just with Email requests. That way the requesting library would be alerted to the fact that a request has been updated to Filled in Rapid, but still not received in Alma.
