Add Thesis dc Field to OAI Output
Add the <dc:type>Thesis</type> to identify theses.
Theses are frequently searched for by our Research Repository users and this would make them more discoverable.

Removing the "accepted" status so that institution can continue voting as agreed with the PWG.

This would assist in the discoverability of our theses in services like Trove who need this information to differentiate them from non-thesis document types.
