Include DOI in openURL to work with LIbKey Link

Include DOI in the OpenUrl passed by RefWorks so that we may use Third Iron's LibKey Link as our Link Resolver

    I've been getting faculty requests to have our LibKey "Shortcut to PDF" link show up when following links from RefWorks.
