Capitalise titles when importing them
When using the (very very helpful) import citation from either google scholar or the journal page or wherever, is it possible to have the title capitalised? It might not be your doing it might be the originator. I have had to go through all the imported titles and capitalise them to comply with APA standards.
4 votesAs indicated in a comment, if the original title is capitalized make sure to use a No Title Casing style version. If the original title is not capitalized, you can customize an APA 7 version (using the Citation Style Editor) and select the Title Case option.

Word Online or Google Docs inside of RefWorks
Integrate RefWorks with the online Writing Tools so that the user, me, share and collaborate my papers inside RefWorks - don't make me leave RefWorks.
4 votesWe currently do not plan to integrate a writing tool inside RefWorks. RefWorks provides add-ons for Word and for Google Docs.

Match Custom style reference types to default drop-down list
We are rationalising our reference types on our custom style. In the citation style editor there is an option to delete reference types, which I have used. This means I have only set a custom for a dozen or so reference types.
However, when we import and edit references, the drop-down list of reference types does not match our custom style: it remains the default list. This will lead our users to select reference types that have not been custom-set to match our style guide and errors in our bibliographies.4 votesThank you for your valuable feedback. We won't be able to address this idea in our planned roadmap. We are committed to our users and are focusing on current goals and most requested features.

Write n cite plug in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, I cannot cite with RefWorks anymore
Write n' Cite plug-in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, please. I cannot revert the update as my university won't let me download earlier version packages and I cannot cite using RefWorks anymore.
3 votesFor Word 2016 and above RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) should be used. WnC is for Word 2016 and lower only. RCM is available for Windows and Mac through the Microsoft store. Unable to delete a shared Refworks Project by the person with who we have shared it
When we share our Refworks projects, the people with who we have shared it can delete that project, but when they delete it, the owner also lost.
3 votesWhen a Project is shared with another person, that person also becomes an owner. All people who belong to a Project have equivalent permissions, including deleting a Project. This is how the feature is defined. A Project owner can leave the project any time from the Manage Project page, and that will not affect access of other owners.

Allow Articles uploaded in Dropbox to automatically download in Refworks
Before finding out about Refworks, I had all of my articles saved in Dropbox under Dissertation Articles. I transferred them all to the new RefWorks folder in my Dropbox but I don't see them uploading into my Refworks project. I have a Chromebook so I can't click and drag the articles in there. There were over 100 articles in there. It will take me a while to transfer them myself.

Be able to import your school contact list for student/faculty emails into RefWorks
It would be great if we could have our school's contact info for emails imported into RefWorks so it was not necessary to manually type out each person's email for when you share a folder. This would greatly help when sharing with more than one person.

Allow page display customization
I find that the "bubbly" nature of the new version makes it easy to start using, but now that I want to use it as a research tool, I would like to minimize the size of all the text, buttons, and icons so that more information can be displayed at one time. I would prefer the option to sort references and move through the platform efficiently. Make all my folders display in the same box (not separated by shared or not). In general, if it looked more like a computer files system rather than a phone app, it would allow…

Hide/Remove a System Folder
Unidentified folders which are not created/shared in an account are displayed on WNC.
Uncreated/Unshared folders in an account are displayed on WNC. We've heard that they are system folders to sync WNC documents with RefWorks and we cannot hide or remove them at the present specification. Could you please meke it possible?3 votesThank you for your feedback. We are not planning any new development for the WnC feature, as WnC is planned to end by Q2 2025. We recommend using the RefWorks Citation Manager going forward. Have cursor appear when the "Insert/Edit Citation" window opens, without having to click the "Search References" bar
I would like to suggest that when the "Insert/Edit Citation" window opens, it would be nice if the cursor appeared already in the "Search References" bar, rather than having to click on it. This would make the process much smoother.

Import full date when importing newspaper articles from proquest historical newspapers database
When importing citations from Proquest historical newspaper database, only the year is imported. This isn't satisfactory for creating notes/bibliographies including newspapers, which typically require mm/dd/yyyy information.

Journal names when abbreviated dont't get added to the reference list correctly.
There seems to be a bug when adding references with abbreviated journal name to the reference list. Sometimes the reference gets divided into two lines even though it would fit to one line. This doesn't happen every time, but my collegeis having exatly the same problem.

Write n Cite update
The update on the Refworks is not really giving room to work with the references or edit the text. The previous approach was certainly good than having to copy and paste into another document just to retain control of your document. Can you please get us back to what it used to be?
