**Yellow Pop-Up Menace**
There is a persistent yellow pop up, which won't go away, no matter how many times you click the X.
I propose it should disappear after the first click, or have a box to say 'don't show this message again'.
Please vote for this - it's a menace.
3 votesThis pop up is an important downtime notification and will appear until the scheduled downtime on Dec. 19th at 11PM EST.

Import full date when importing newspaper articles from proquest historical newspapers database
When importing citations from Proquest historical newspaper database, only the year is imported. This isn't satisfactory for creating notes/bibliographies including newspapers, which typically require mm/dd/yyyy information.

Administrative reports to support migration from legacy RefWorks to New RefWorks
Robust reporting is required to performance monitor the migration process from legacy RefWorks to New RefWorks. As both legacy and new RW accounts can co-exist hence why currently it is impossible to determine whether RW account holders have migrated any References from legacy platform to new platform. A migration report should be setup which should determine if any references from the legacy platform to the new platform have been migrated against each account (any new or legacy RW account). Through this, we would be able to analyse which user has migrated the references. Currently, 'Active / inactive' report from the…

Allow page display customization
I find that the "bubbly" nature of the new version makes it easy to start using, but now that I want to use it as a research tool, I would like to minimize the size of all the text, buttons, and icons so that more information can be displayed at one time. I would prefer the option to sort references and move through the platform efficiently. Make all my folders display in the same box (not separated by shared or not). In general, if it looked more like a computer files system rather than a phone app, it would allow…

Hide/Remove a System Folder
Unidentified folders which are not created/shared in an account are displayed on WNC.
Uncreated/Unshared folders in an account are displayed on WNC. We've heard that they are system folders to sync WNC documents with RefWorks and we cannot hide or remove them at the present specification. Could you please meke it possible?3 votesThank you for your feedback. We are not planning any new development for the WnC feature, as WnC is planned to end by Q2 2025. We recommend using the RefWorks Citation Manager going forward. Allow Articles uploaded in Dropbox to automatically download in Refworks
Before finding out about Refworks, I had all of my articles saved in Dropbox under Dissertation Articles. I transferred them all to the new RefWorks folder in my Dropbox but I don't see them uploading into my Refworks project. I have a Chromebook so I can't click and drag the articles in there. There were over 100 articles in there. It will take me a while to transfer them myself.

Have cursor appear when the "Insert/Edit Citation" window opens, without having to click the "Search References" bar
I would like to suggest that when the "Insert/Edit Citation" window opens, it would be nice if the cursor appeared already in the "Search References" bar, rather than having to click on it. This would make the process much smoother.

Journal names when abbreviated dont't get added to the reference list correctly.
There seems to be a bug when adding references with abbreviated journal name to the reference list. Sometimes the reference gets divided into two lines even though it would fit to one line. This doesn't happen every time, but my collegeis having exatly the same problem.

Fix Dropbox link or make an app for READING offline
I am using many ebooks for my research projects, which I can't access without having internet and logging in through my institution's library (Reworks). I wish you would make RefWorks more offline user-friendly.

Write n cite plug in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, I cannot cite with RefWorks anymore
Write n' Cite plug-in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, please. I cannot revert the update as my university won't let me download earlier version packages and I cannot cite using RefWorks anymore.
3 votesFor Word 2016 and above RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) should be used. WnC is for Word 2016 and lower only. RCM is available for Windows and Mac through the Microsoft store. Scrolling within the folder list causes dialogue box to open at wrong position
In the new Refworks, scrolling down on the list of folders and then clicking on the three dots causes a bug where the dialogue with the "Add subfolder...", "Rename", "Share folder", "Find Duplicates" and "Delete" options ends up at a position far below the actual cursor position (or where the folder is displayed on the list), and sometimes goes outside of the window, making it impossible to view without zooming out so much as to make most text ineligibly small. Conversely (/ similarly), sometimes clicking on a folder on the list ends up opening a folder that is displayed far…

Fix bug when importing references and choosing destination folder
There seems to be a bug in the new feature that allows you to choose a destination folder when importing a new reference. The first time I use it, it works well and I can choose from the drop-down menu. The second time (and every time after that), when I click the drop-down menu, none of my folders show up. I have to click through and import it, then assign a folder after the fact. Very frustrating because it works the first time!
