Springer Nature has changed the name of this collection on their KBART site. The new name is:

Springer Nature – Springer Sozial-, Geistes-, und Rechtwissenschaften Ebooks 2025 German Language

This collection will be added as part of the 4th March Content Update ( 20251200 ) that will be released on March 23rd.
