Migrate Accessible Archives collections to Coherent Digital
Coherent Digital has purchased Accessible Archives and is now migrating their collections to the Coherent Digital platform, as part of the History Commons module. See FAQ for more details: https://coherentdigital.net/accessiblefaq.
Can all of the existing Accessible Archives collections be reestablished under the Coherent Digital provider? There are 136 Accessible Archives collections in the CZ.
Hello,
We will contact Coherent Digital for the metadata of these collections.
Please be advised, that Coherent Digital has less than 136 Accessible Archives collections

Accessible Archives' planned retirement date for the old platform is August 30, so it would be great if the Accessible Archives collections on History Commons (which are fewer than 136 in number) could be in the CZ and ready to activate prior to that point. Their intention is to provide data to Ex Libris, per their communications about the migration. Judging by their Collection Status sheet, which says their collections are already in Primo, (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15BGtUsLZilC4sudBnEQPwGcPaVkd4JvZf1D9ZgLuXWo/edit?gid=0#gid=0), there might be some confusion as to what they need to do to complete this process, so we hope Ex Libris can work with the provider and make sure the process of loading the collections into the CZ is completed!
