And use "Link in Record" for linking since all results in this database are open access, there is no need for a corresponding Alma CKB CZ records/portfolios for each theses.
Hello all,
Thank you for contributing this Idea.
This content is already supported within our Indexes under the collection name “Publicly Available Content Database”, within the ProQuest collections.
Best,

Regarding the note below, we looked into the activation system for PCI and have updated the collection to more accurately reflect that this content is indeed Open Access.
Thank you for your attention to this detail! -

Thanks for this update, Rael!
I would like to stress out that according to the PCI activation widget, "Publicly Available Content Database" is flagged as a resource requiring as subscription to get full text ("Full Text: Subscription") and Content Corner says that it is a restriction level "Restricted for Delivery" https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Content_Corner/Release_Notes/2018_Primo_Central_Index_Release_Notes (August 2018)
Isn't it a bit contradictory? What am I missing? Thanks.
Best,François

Thanks for submitting this idea, Sandra! As a ProQuest resource, it is surprising that it is not in PCI yet.

There is a lot of full text in this open access database that is currently not discover-able in Primo.
Only the PQ D&T Global has a free search with Link in record. However we do not subscribe to the full text version of PQ Dissertations and Theses - so if we activated that one for discovery, we would expect it to produce a lot of broken links.
So we'd like to see this open access version listed instead.
