Implement more detailed and real-time analytics dashboards
Thank you for the chance to provide feedback. One area I’d love to see improved is the user experience of Summon’s search functionality—specifically, adding more refined filtering, better preview options, and faster access to full-text content. Also, having more customization options in the admin interface for 360 and Intota would help tailor the tools to individual library needs, such as interface settings or search priorities.
It would be great if future updates could also include more detailed, real-time analytics dashboards for usage reporting and collection analysis.
