Make Unpaywall a trackable database in Summon
Include Unpaywall as a standalone, discoverable and trackable database within the client centre. This would then remove the dependency on other databases that include OA content having been tracked in the Client Centre from Unpaywall linking and, therefore, discoverability in Summon.

Unpaywall was added the the 360 KB in 2023.

This is an excellent idea, as it would be extremely beneficial for OA discovery and linking.
