Linking correct URL: Ebook Central Perpetual and DDA (AABBV)
For some titles in this database not only one but several URLs are stored in the Client Center. Then the correct URL is not always selected and the link to the full text does not work correctly. Although the link leads to the Ebook Central platform and the correct title is opened, but access does not work. A message appears that this title is not available. Then the correct URL must be added manually in the Client Center as "User-specific URL". Work can be saved and processes simplified if the workflow is set to automatically use the correct URL of these titles.

I support this idea. Especially for those using Automated Holdings Management, manually correcting URLs each time is redundant work.
If all titles were set to include custom URLs and configured to route access through 360 Link from Summon, it would likely reduce instances where users are directed to inaccessible URLs.

Yes, same with "Ebook Central All Subscribed Titles" (BBABE on 360Knowledgebase). It may be an issue of CDI - when there are several links for a title on this database, the link with the lowest ID gets fed into Summon. This most often results in links that don't work in our jurisdiction (UK), as often the links with the lowest ID appear to be US editions/versions. I've manually changed hundreds of links so far, but it's not sustainable, as we cannot manually check links for over 69K titles that we subscribe to on Ebook Central. Ebook Central has the information which IDs we should have access to. Unfortunately CDI seems to be looking for only a title match, disregarding the information which IDs we subscribe to, resulting in links on our Summon that we don't have access to.

I support that.
