Simplify copyright clearance request workflow
Currently instructors create an item, upload a file, and select the kind of copyright (eg self-declared, or no declaration, etc). At this point it looks to the instructor as if they've done everything they need to do. Nothing reminds them they need to also fill out a copyright clearance form, or where to find it (since this involves opening the item in a completely different way). As a result we expect most instructors will forget/skip this important step.
We'd like the instructors to be able to do everything on a single screen. Ie when they create the item, they should be able to upload the file; select the copyright type; then if appropriate to the copyright type, immediately see the link to request copyright clearance.
When they do this, it should then autofill with the course dates (as it does currently) and also with the page/chapter range that they've already just entered (to prevent errors copying this data - see https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/395697-leganto/suggestions/41869993-auto-populate-start-end-pages-in-copyright-clearan)
This will save instructor time, increase the likelihood of them filling out all the information we need, improve the quality of the data we report on, and reduce the likelihood of us getting sued for not reporting on something! :-)
Available in March release in the new UI interface.

ETA: The workflow is even more complex if a lecturer is uploading a chapter of a book in the library catalogue. First they search for the book and add it. Then they open the item to edit it to upload the file, and save that. At this point the item still says you can't request copyright clearance because no file has been uploaded. So the lecturer now has to close the item... then reopen it again and *then* request copyright clearance.
