Allow to disable welcome/help/instructor highlights
For instructor login, they will see the Welcome messages for the first time. The same message can be accessed via the Help menu. There is also a "Instructor highlights" which links to the release note.
ONE
We tried to customize the welcome/help message. But it is very rigid that it must have 4 pages, and on the "Help" page, "Workflow" tab, it is hardcoded to have a fixed number of bullets, and some bullets must have more than one paragraph. Actually we don't want to show some information to the instructor and it is very strange there are some blank lines left after we removed some paragraphs.
Please make the welcome/help message fully customizable in terms of number of pages and each page content. E.g. to support HTML code. Or simply allow to turn off all or selected pages.
TWO
Also please allow to disable the "instructor highlights" menu item.
Available in August release

Apologies, I see this is in the August 2019 release - but as:
i) welcome_screen (welcome screen wizard)
ii) quickstart_screen_instructor (the VLE/CMS/LMS landing page for no )There does not seem to be an easy alternative option to add a URL for local custom resources, apart from in Useful links since the welcome wizard doesn't seem to allow HTML

Hi,
Would it be possible to ask for an update on planned functionality in this idea - a lot of work on campus engagement and user support is local and customised to each customer/institution, so being able to link to tutorials and other local resources is increasingly important to delivering the best service and support (with the least excess/irrelevant info).
If there are specific designs for how this idea is being implemented it would help us to know to be ready for next academic year (UK end of Sept 19 for us)
