Provide a way to manage the Asset Manager
Provide a way to better manage files in the Asset Manager. Currently, if a file is uploaded to the incorrect folder or is not put in a folder, the only way to "move" it is to delete it and upload it again. Users should also be able to download files if necessary.
This Idea has received the "Accepted" status, meaning that it will be considered for the 2027 roadmap. This idea will not remain in this status for longer than 2 years.

To summarize the scope of this idea, after several other were merged into it:
1. As an admin, I want to be able to upload, rename, move, and delete files and folders.
2. As an admin, I want to be able to see a preview of graphic files (svg files currently unsupported for preview).
3. As an admin, I want to search the asset manager for assets.
4. As an admin, I want to easily see where an asset is in use in the app, and be warned before I delete an asset currently in use. -

Also, it would make sense to be able to rename asset folders, rename files directly in asset manager. Click and drag files and folders, etc. The current behaviour is absolutely archaic.

As our app quickly grows, this will become very useful. There seem to be quite a few tickets in relation to Asset Manager - all with very few votes, but all of them seem to be saying that improvements are required for Asset Manager overall. please do review them as a collective as I imagine the votes will quickly stack up

I think this would be a really nice edition. Currently the limitations in Asset Manager are a restriction for us and it makes it harder for us to operate efficiently

It would also be nice to be able to view the image in Asset Manager after it has been upload.

Can you add the ability to search the asset library?
