Scheduling for app publishing
the work flow is a simple one our user add content
App Setting > Content > any content area
For this to be available in the app you have to go to
App settings > Publish Content > select all the All options
As you only want to publish content when you are ready, and we have many authors. We have a process that says we publish at 8am and 12 noon. But a human has to do this.
I would like it to be automated so we can schedule content publishing.

Admins can publish individual content pages (without the Publish Content) feature by using the "Publish" option in Creative Studio. In conjunction with the Drafts feature in Creative Studio, this is supported.
Note that Publish Content is still needed to update Maps, Profiles and so forth.

This idea was logged a long time ago but it continues to be relevant today to enable all changes to be presented to those 'in app' without having to log out and in again. I would also extend it to say can we be given options to either 'publish all' as the manual page offers, or to publish just specific elements.
