ListViewItem should have the noItemsContent property

The ListViewItem should have the "noItemsContent" property so that you can display text when the item has no data or children.

    Hi Jason,

    We already have We already have a noItemsContent on the Listview that shows if no Items have been created - please take a look at the Listview information in NPM.

    Was there something different to this that you needed?
