Randomise banner images
We'd like to have a bank of banner images. We would like the system to be able to randomise the order so that students see a wider selection of adverts.
We should also be able to pin an advert to that an important message is always shown.

Thinking about this again, I would like to see the banners only change when you go back to the app homepage. So each time you go back to it you will see a different banner, but they will no longer rotate. This is based on feedback that we have that very little users pay attention to a scrolling banner, where a randomised static banner would work better.

Great idea. We use this in our Blackboard login page too, see https://blackboard.soton.ac.uk for an example.
