Preference CDI Link Resolver records over Link in Record when merging
CDI now merges multiple results for the same article together, but when it does it preferences CDI records with 'Link in Record' rather than displaying the Link Resolver choices under Full Text Availability. The Link in Record articles often lead to indexing sites, not to the publisher where the full text is available. We need a config option where we can preference Subscription (Linkresolver) over Link in Record when merging records in Primo

Expand timeout to include more features

time to reshelve
When "time to reshelve" hours are set in Alma, the reshelving status only displays in the "Get It" section of the full record display. It also needs to display in the brief record display. A patron who only sees the record in the list after a search won't know that the item isn't physically on the shelf unless they click on the full display and scroll down to Get It. Adding fields to purchase form
Currently the purchase form in Primo has a limited number of fields. We want to see the class/course name and professor and campus name as fields so we can better plan collection development.

Add display field Contributor to Fields boosting in Primo VE
Fields boosting in Primo VE has not an option for Fields boosting of display field Contributor. The default rule for Contributor is including 700, 710, 711. As an example, that means if you boost the creator field for a book with three authors the second and third author in field 700 will not get boosted, just the first author in 100.

Allow requestors to see new requested item due date from My Requests
In the My Requests area of my Library Card, the requestor does not see the new due date of the requested item, only that the request is “Not started. Place in queue is _”. It would helpful for the requestor to be able to see the due date, even if it isn't guaranteed that the item will be returned by the patron who has it on that date. Wording could be: "Currently on loan with a due date of [ ]. Your request is no. [ ] in queue.".

Add ability to select multiple options on Advanced Search drop down menus in Primo VE
It is not currently possible to select multiple options on an Advanced Search drop down menu is Primo VE (ex: Material Type, Language); this functionality would be very helpful for users who wish to do more precise searching -- especially since Primo VE lacks the functionality of combining search results. This is to update that we were planning to implement this idea in the NDE , but during the implementation stage we understood that it is much more complex than we thought, taking both CDI and local indexes into account where the index infrastructure only allows a single value in the advanced pre- filters. This will require large infrastructure changes in the index. Due to this we are setting the status here to 'Close'.
There is an active CERV candidate for this - and if voted, it will be developed as part of this track.

Disturbing hover texts in Get It and Active Filters
Hover texts in Primo VE
In the "Get IT/Location" area in the copy view, all data (for example: section, callnumber, availability, ...) is output again as hovertext (white font with black, semi-transparent background) when hovering over it (see appendices 1-3). The same error also occurs with the Active Filters on the search results page (see appendix 4).
This redundancy disturbs the user experience and already confuses users. In some cases, this phenomenon makes it impossible to see the entire text.

Allow configuration of call numbers in virtual browse
If you choose to display electronic materials in Virtual Browse Primo VE only allows 050 Library of Congress call numbers.

Saved search for search term not found in index
Occasionally there is a search term which is new and has not been indexed yet (such as a new species name like Rhenopyrgus viviani). At present we just see just see a 'no records found' message - it would be useful to create a saved search to pick up when this term appears in the literature.

Highlight one result from each Resource Recommender type in brief results
We can create multiple types of Resource Recommenders, but if multiple items within a particular type match the tags a user searches for, multiple items are returned from a single Recommender and some Recommenders are hidden. We would like to be able to highlight one result from each matching Recommender.
For example, display in Primo seems to support highlighting 3 items from Resource Recommenders in brief results, with additional items displayed under link to "See all [#] suggested resources." Chinese characters ordered by stroke count
If we choose sort by "Title" for result list, it seems the Chinese titles are in order of the Unicode Number of Chinese Character. (Please find the attachment file.)
Actually, Chinese are used to sort by number of strokes. Normal users don't understand the Unicode Number.
We would like to change order way of Chinese titles by stroke count which is best for Chinese users. Thank you.

Primo VE : possibility to search /filter by code or label within a label table
In Primo VE, it is currently possible to search for labels and code, but this just allows you to search for, and access to the good label table. Once inside a given table, it is only possible to filter by label language. We would like to add the possibility to search or filter within the tab by code or label, such as what is currently possible on Primo BO, where you can search and display only the line you are looking for, without scrolling along the whole table or using a Ctrl+F. This would be much more effective for administrators.

Export a Primo Permalink from Alma to Results of an Alma Set
Analytics enables one to create some very advanced queries in Alma, but there's no way to share the Results with users in Primo. Being able to create a Primo permalink to the results of an Alma set would remedy that.

Author/Subjects that include dates
Some authors have the same names so we want to include the date field ($d) in the search when users click on their links within full records. However, we have learned that Ex Libris has hard-coded a facet search into the $$Q, thereby killing this option because you get 0 results (since the facet search includes the date). This is currently not configurable, but is a huge problem for us. Here is an example:
