The Resource Sharing Request Form and Hold Request Form should allow letters in the start page, end page, and Pages to Photocopy fields.
There are a number of academic journals that use alphabet characters when numbering their publications- especially in supplement volumes. These characters should be allowed when patrons submit requests for materials.
