Pause Analytics Object Subscriptions
Have an easy way to pause emails for reports sent out through Alma Analytics Object subscriptions. Some of our reports are sent every day, and it would be nice to pause during our winter break when we won't have any need for daily report emails.

Report on 'undo return' in Analytics
We need to be able to report on 'undo return' or 'self check cancel returns' (as this was in Aleph). Ex Libris confirm this is not currently possible as the 'undo return' is registered in Alma in the Loan Audit Trail (accessible via Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services, choose ... > Loan History for any loan / return) in the Action column as "Undo return". However, this Action column is not mapped to Analytics and therefore, there is currently no way to report on these actions.

Analytics: Make Holding Suppressed from Discovery field values Yes/No instead of 0/1
The bib "suppressed from discovery" field uses values of Yes/No. The holdings field should do the same.

Disable a filter in Analytics, currently can delete only
Right now to turn "off" a filter in Analytics, it seems that you have to delete it. However, sometimes when experimenting with a list, it would be useful to be able to temporarily disable/enable a filter as opposed to having to delete and remake it.

Add new call number fields to Fulfillment area to assist with reporting
In the Fulfillment subject area there are no fields allowing the breakdown of the call number in the holdings record.
Please add fields that allow LC call numbers in the holdings record to be broken down into LC Code and LC number and also a normalised field which can be exported for sorting in Excel.

Analytics Usage SA- include size of results output
We are using the Analytics Usage subject area to track performance for Alma Analytics. What would be useful, in addition to the fields provided, is some measure of the output size- either rows or data.
We expect large queries to take longer than brief ones, but without the output size, we can't judge if slow performance is due to a complex query, or poor performance from the Analytics server.

In Analytics Borrowing Requests subject area, add Shipped date. In Lending Requests subject area, add Received by Borrower date and Request

Add Linking Parser Parameters to Analytics E-Inventory Subject Area
Every once in a while, I receive a report that the portfolio linking isn't working for one of our collections, only to discover that there "Linking Parser Parameters" for the Service that had not been configured. It would be helpful to be able to run an analytics report to see not only what collections have parser parameter options available, but what our institution has set as the value for these parameters.
Currently, we can pull the overall parser parameter string into an analytics report, but this will not tell us what our custom parameter values are. This would really up…

Improved reporting on SMS notifications
Currently it's not possible to report specifically on the number of SMS messages generated by Alma. A lot of the options available in Analytics either include both SMS and email notifications or focus on SMS messages that failed to send. It would be beneficial to be able to report on notifications by type (email or SMS), for both auditing purposes and to get a better idea of how well used our SMS notification service is.

Report on items that have moved from one Permanent Physical Location to another
We would find it useful to be able to pull fulfillment usage statistics for physical items that were originally in one location, but were moved to another location.
Use Case #1:
A report on all items moved from reference to the general collection might tell us if those reference books have circulated at all since being made available for extended checkout or if they are perhaps outdated and should be considered for weeding.Use Case #2:

show POL cancellation reason in analytics
We need to the cancellation reasons to be shown in analytics.
We have cancelled may print book orders because we have them online in a subscription - this is listed in the cancellation note. Cancellation reason is not enough as it only has vendor cancelled or library cancelled options.

Add logical grouping ability to Managed Sets
Currently, logical grouping is not supported in Managed Sets. To some degree this is supported in Analytics, although the process is cumbersome, but in Managed Sets there is no option to group logical statements, in effect within parentheses. This means that mixing AND and OR Boolean operators is not possible. The only way this can be accomplished currently is through combining sets, but this creates itemized rather than logical sets.
We would like functionality within Managed Sets that allows us to group sets of conditional statements, for clarity and also to allow mixing Boolean operators.

Index Statistical category fields for use in reports
Our library uses customer Statistical Categories to track usage by external students. We need to be able to filter reports on statistical categories to certain time periods but the Creation Date field isn't currently indexed.
The Alma User Details > Statistics tab displays the following columns, see attached statistics screenshot 1: - Statistical Category - Category Type - Note - Created By - Creation Date - External Data You can also export an individual users statistics log with these fields. Add item fields to the Fines and Fees subject area such as the Bibliographic Details table.
This would allow location, title, barcode, etc. information to show in an analytics report of manual credits. For instance, we want to know what manual credits were applied to items with a reserve location, etc.

I want to generate a single report for all libraries.
I need to assign the value of the ALMA system variable related to the library to the variable that is related to the library in Analitics so that the data related to that library is automatically selected.

Be able to run Alma Analytics on set of items listed in Itemized sets. I trying to run circulation statistics on set of books captured by Itemized sets but it doesn't look like there is a way to do so.

More options for corporate and special libraries.
The Institutional Analytics Profile is focused on academic libraries. We are a corporate library with no students (we have researchers and scientists) and no schools.
There is not an option for Not Relevant for "Total undergraduate student body size" or "Does your library serve any of the following professional graduate schools?"
Could a question exist for the number of researchers or scientists?
