    I proposed a CERV enhancement request for this in the 2025 ELUNA CERV voting (AENH-I-36286 - Ability to Delete Patron/User Account Notes in Batch by Set) but it did not get enough votes to move forward to development. I am planning to re-open the request for the 2026 voting and if you are an ELUNA voter, I strongly encourage you to cast a vote for this once voting starts
