We encounter similar problems in the Dutch language Primo (VE) version we recently launched. The license terms that come from the ViewIt labels code table translated, but the values recorded with them in Alma ('prohibited', 'permitted etc.) don't, leading to a hybrid display languagewise.
As these are patron facing labels, a provision to translate these should be available.
