Add a "Create cart templates" privilege to Rialto roles (or allow Rialto Admin role to view all Cart Templates in the institution)
We are just implementing Rialto and we would like to be able to control who can create Cart Templates by having a role privilege that can be removed upon request from particular roles.
Pre-Rialto implementation, we already have occasional problems with orders being created for the wrong physical location, for example, Course Reserves orders given the wrong permanent location which means that a holdings update needs to be done by our cataloguing team later down the track.

Rialto administrators have permission to modify and/or delete all cart templates, shared or not. If this is not working for you, please open a support ticket.

Additional order reject reasons.
Please add additional options for order reject reasons or an "Other" option where the approver can provide additional details. There are occasions when our approver needs to order titles from an outside vendor. In these instances, our approver currently selects "Duplicate order," and this leads to confusion among our selectors.

Allow Customization of Messages from Rialto
We'd like the ability to manage the Rialto messages like the Alma letters. The Rialto messaging for a Title Set Alert is a bit vague. Also, for our institution, the link in the message does not work.
