Add to DDA as part of Cart workflow to allow for use of templates, interested user notifications, and notes
Currently, when adding a title to the DDA pool, selectors can only apply fund, ordering library, and various reporting codes the title. We are hoping to use our DDA for user requests and would like to notify the requesting users at the point when the title becomes available not when the title is eventually triggered. Furthermore, different selectors are applying different reporting codes for different titles when adding to the DDA pool. It would make things much more efficient if there was a way to template DDA additions.

Notification of titles added to DDA collection
Currently when a title is added to the DDA collection, there is no other notification generated, so no way of alerting others to the title being added. It would be good to be able to generate an email with the details of the title added, so that other workflows can be implemented.

Consolidated purchase option view
Rialto currently lists purchase options individually in a way that you need to scroll and memorize to make a best purchase decision. I'd like a view that consolidates purchase options into one view to make comparison easier.

Add Publisher to brief record view in market search
Please consider adding publisher to the brief record display in the Market Search results list. It would save users a lot of time in not having to click into each record to obtain that important info.

Upgrade other ebook access models in Rialto eg Ebsco
Hi
It would be helpful to be able to upgrade more publisher platform ebooks than just EBC in Rialto.
Rialto is providing the opportunity to order ebooks eg. on Ebsco platform - it would be cost efficient to libraries to also enable us to upgrade our copy access.

Add interdisciplinary studies for marine sciences and maritime studies (two separate topics)
In the Query Builder, the list of topics under Interdisciplinary Studies could use expansion. Please add a topic for Marine Sciences and another for Maritime Studies. Our previous purchasing interface allowed for Title Alerts on these subjects, and it was incredibly helpful. These two topics cross into many different LC classifications and subjects, and it's hard to build a query by hand to include all of them.

Ability to facet by edition
It would be helpful if there was an Edition facet. 'Publication year' is less useful as different formats of the same edition often have different years of publication, and 'Edition type' doesn't include edition numbers. Edition information is included in each offer so it should be something we can quickly filter on.

Ability to sort display of Holdings
I've realised this week that when selecting an offer in Rialto Marketplace, the holdings pane displays items in a different order for different staff. Whilst I'm fortunate enough to have them sorted by publication date with the newest at the top, colleagues seem to have them show in seemingly random order, and the view varies by person.
I have checked with Rialto support staff and it's thought this may be influenced by the varying combinations of Alma roles and scopes held by different colleagues. There is currently no way to directly configure holdings display.

Indicate if a book is available through EBA/DDA in Rialto
There should be a badge to indicate if a book is available through some collective purchase program. This way, one may see if a certain program has many requested titles, and might consider buying the whole bundle.

We do have badges for items that are in your DDA or EBA pools: List of Rialto Badges - Ex Libris Knowledge Center (exlibrisgroup.com). I think you are asking us to provide an indication of what other titles might be available from DDA/EBA plans that you're not currently running in your library. We would have to base a suggestion off of a large collection of titles, and if you would like to consider a DDA/EBA plan you can work with your CWSC to find the plan that works for you using some of our tools that compare large numbers of titles against plans.

Sort offers accurately by price
When sorting by price, discounts are not considered, resulting in an illogical sort. Please see attached screenshot demonstrating the issue.

Improve Indexing and Search of Series
Series search is inconsistent, both for finding all titles and finding a series note within the same title across formats/ebook editions. Series title doesn’t appear in the bibliographic data as Series; sometimes it shows in an “Edition” field. Ideally a Series title would appear as a hyperlinked search option within a book record.

Textbook Identification and Facets
To help identify textbooks in the marketplace - a new facet should be included to both label materials as textbooks and to sort/remove textbooks when reviewing materials.

add "move to list" option for orders waiting for approval
Right now in order to move requested items that are waiting for approval to a list, they have to be rejected. We are not rejecting them, we want to put them in a list to be ordered at a later date. Please add the option of "move to list".

Add a "date added" filter to the Orders Awaiting Approval list.
We need to be able to filter the list in "Orders Awaiting Approval" based on "date added." This information does not show up in the export, either, therefore the export to Excel needs to contain the "date added" as well. The interface currently allows us to sort by "date added," however we have no idea as to what those dates actually are or if they are ascending or descending. We need to see dates in the results list and be able to sort, filter, and do the same in an exported file in Excel.

Notify customers when platform vendors reject a DDA title in Rialto
When a librarian adds titles to the DDA pool and they disappear because the platform vendor has removed them, librarians want to be notified. Librarians are losing track of what has been lost. They recently become aware of lost titles because of titles that were special requests. After these became known, and it was discovered that this list was growing, a concern for untracked titles developed. How many pushed DDA titles go missing? All selectors who push DDA titles need to be sent a regular monthly report by email of the titles that were removed.

Additional fields on Rialto to input useful information
We often ask ProQuest to order titles which are available on Amazon but on Rialto there is nowhere we can add the Amazon link which we can do in Oasis.

Author Affiliation should only show when author is employed by the institution
We like to purchase books published by our faculty, but Author Affiliation also tags where an author received a degree (any degree), without differentiating between the two different affiliations.

Improved cover image display in results list and offer details
While it is nice to have cover images for titles on the results list and offer details, it would be useful to be able to view a larger version of the thumbnail in display. (This type of pop out/over display is common with most book vendor websites.) Some book covers are very detailed and the details aren't all easily reflected in the associated offer's display, so being able to see a larger view of the cover may help with identification and selection. Blu-Ray filters for region code
When searching for Blu-Ray offers, the facet panel does not allow the user to filter by region code. Thus, purchases could be mistakenly made for discs that cannot be played in the customer's region.
DVDs, on the other hand, do appear to have a filterable field. Example, "DVD Region 1" or "Region 2"

Sort by date added for lists
I think it would be nice to be able to sort lists by the date the item was added to the list. In other words, have a "most recently added" sort.
