We would like to be able to set preferred Search fields in Advance Search.
In order to reduce the amount of clicking in Advanced Seach, we would like to be able to set preferred Search fields and have those preferred fields saved and available each time Alma is opened.

Display clearly My Institution availability on Network zone electronic holdings panel
Instead of just displaying the name of the held-by network on the holdings panel, it would be better if it also displays that it's available for My Institution, something like this: Electronic Material Held by "Network Zone name" available for "My Institution."
This way, we don't need to click on the link to see holdings record details and availability for my institution.

Allow for exclusion of "Not Yet Published" titles in Title Alert query
In order to utilize the Selection Plan Slip functionality coming in the March 2024 release, it would be helpful if we could exclude "Not Yet Published" titles from the Slip rules.
The use case we're concerned about is if a "Not Yet Published" title comes in on a Selection Plan Slip with only a print offer and an offer for the publisher site (ex. Routledge and Taylor & Francis), it's not something we'd want to firm order, but we would be interested in having it in DDA (but the DDA available offers haven't been added yet). If we reject it…
13 votesHello,
This is already supported in Rialto selection plans. If you go to the rule you'd like to edit, under "Condition" you can add a rule for "Availability" "Exclude" "Not yet published." This should create slips that don't include NYP titles.

Add LC classification "F" in drop down menu in Market Search
When doing an advanced search in Market for LC Classification, the "F" is hidden in the drop-down menu under the "E - History: America" classification. Would make more sense to have it as a standalone menu option. Or, rename the E menu option to say E and F. Otherwise, it looks like the F classification is not available to search.
1 voteHello Madeline,
We updated the menu option to E* AND F* - HISTORY: AMERICA. Thank you for reaching out.

Recommendation Feeds for Print Only Books
We would like the ability to create recommendation feeds for print only books (meaning there are no ebook versions available in Rialto).
The use case is that we purchase complete publisher front list ebook collections and some of them do not have the rights to publish books in electronic format (this often happens with art titles). We exclude these publishers from all our selector feeds to minimize duplicate purchases.
It would be nice to include print only titles (either in existing selector feeds or new ones specifically for this purpose) so selectors won't miss them.
3 votesHello,
Creating feeds for print books only is supported in Rialto.

Uploading ISBNs to the SEARCH menu to retrieve Alternate results back only
When we upload searches to Market using an Excel spread sheet with the ISBN, have it to where we can retrieve the alternate results only. For example, we can upload Print ISBNs to get back only eBooks ISBN would be an IDEAL search if we can perform that. Or, exclude out what we don't want initially using SEARCH, add more options there. It's not enough options for us to choose what to exclude.
1 voteHello,
When uploading you can choose "best match" or "exact match" for the ISBNs, use "best match" and be sure you're comparing it with a ranking profile that prefers ebooks, with your platform and license preference.

Allow searching and sorting by price
Allow to sort titles by price when browsing the marketplace. It would make it easier if you've got a limited amount of budget left to find a title within that price range.
1 voteRanking profiles allow you to set one or more sorting methods for lists of results, including price. These profiles can be used to sort offer lists, feeds, title alerts, curated lists, etc.
