  2. Bulk Assignment

Rialto ebook orders immediately get imported to the Electronic Resources task list with no assignment. If you need to assign these tasks to a user, you must assign each ebook to the user one by one. It would be much easier to have a bulk assignment option to select all/some ebooks from the task list and assign to one user (e.g. E-Resource Technician or Acquisitions Librarian) all at once.

  3. Order History Access>Restrict for Selector Privacy

Currently, all Rialto user roles have the ability to view the entire Rialto order history. We would like to control who gets to see this information. Just as we limit who sees who checks out books, we think who orders books is also private information. Selectors should only be able to view their own order history.

  4. Improve matching for Rialto record updates for ebook bib records in the Network Zone

Occasionally we encounter improper Rialto record updates/mismatches for ebook bib records in our Network Zone. The examples we have seen so far have been EBC docIDs mismatching on other system numbers in the 035 fields of existing Alma records in our Network Zone when the Rialto import profiles run. We would like to see improved matching between the ebooks ordered and the Rialto record updates that enhance our order records using Rialto import profiles.

  5. Archiving a shared title alert

If a title alert is shared, there is no way to tell if the person or persons you share that alert with have seen it. Neither of us knows if the other has seen the list or when to archive it (ideally after all have reviewed it).
