Recommendation Feeds for Print Only Books
We would like the ability to create recommendation feeds for print only books (meaning there are no ebook versions available in Rialto).
The use case is that we purchase complete publisher front list ebook collections and some of them do not have the rights to publish books in electronic format (this often happens with art titles). We exclude these publishers from all our selector feeds to minimize duplicate purchases.
It would be nice to include print only titles (either in existing selector feeds or new ones specifically for this purpose) so selectors won't miss them.

Uploading ISBNs to the SEARCH menu to retrieve Alternate results back only
When we upload searches to Market using an Excel spread sheet with the ISBN, have it to where we can retrieve the alternate results only. For example, we can upload Print ISBNs to get back only eBooks ISBN would be an IDEAL search if we can perform that. Or, exclude out what we don't want initially using SEARCH, add more options there. It's not enough options for us to choose what to exclude.

Author Affiliation should only show when author is employed by the institution
We like to purchase books published by our faculty, but Author Affiliation also tags where an author received a degree (any degree), without differentiating between the two different affiliations.

Improved cover image display in results list and offer details
While it is nice to have cover images for titles on the results list and offer details, it would be useful to be able to view a larger version of the thumbnail in display. (This type of pop out/over display is common with most book vendor websites.) Some book covers are very detailed and the details aren't all easily reflected in the associated offer's display, so being able to see a larger view of the cover may help with identification and selection. Blu-Ray filters for region code
When searching for Blu-Ray offers, the facet panel does not allow the user to filter by region code. Thus, purchases could be mistakenly made for discs that cannot be played in the customer's region.
DVDs, on the other hand, do appear to have a filterable field. Example, "DVD Region 1" or "Region 2"

Purchase details link from Market search offer list
In reviewing an offer list and we see an entry with the flag Purchased in Rialto, how about configuring that button to go directly to the purchase details for this purchase in our Order History?

Make Ordering Library in Rialto Default
The 'Ordering Library' field in Rialto maps to the 'PO Line Owner' field in the POL. All of our PO Lines are owned by a single location, Technical Services. We would like to have the ability to set the 'Ordering Library' field in Rialto as a default or at minimum request that this field be sticky. Also, the terminology 'Ordering Library' is often confused with shelving location which is not the same for our institution. Allow for phrase or string searching in Title and Series Title fields
We would like to be able to search for a phrase in quotation marks in the Title and Series Title fields when creating Title Alerts.

Sort by date added for lists
I think it would be nice to be able to sort lists by the date the item was added to the list. In other words, have a "most recently added" sort.

add in your institution flag to orders awaiting approval list
We double check what liaisons put in the cart and send for approval. We would like to have the "in your institution" flag visible in the orders awaiting approval list, otherwise we have to click on every title in the cart to check it.

Ability to add "offers"/"slips" manually
We currently get lists of titles from vendors in addition to finding out about titles through Rialto. We would like Rialto to be our one-stop-shop for Selectors. Ideally, we would be able to find every title in the Rialto marketplace; however, recognizing that there may occasionally be titles not in the marketplace, we'd like the ability to manually create a slip/offer with relevant bibliographic information for Selectors to review. That way we could then order from outside the system while the Selectors do all of their reviewing from within Rialto.

Filter search results by badges
Make it possible to filter the search results by the used badges, such as "In your institution" or "In your Lists".

Allow sharing or exporting of notifications
Currently, only orders that I have approved appear as a notification when Rialto cancels the order. It would be great to be able to share my notifications with another user or be able to export the list of notifications. This would allow other staff to easily work with orders in my notification list.

Rialto-> Awaiting Approval - "Lock" the number of titles to view until you logoff
Orders Awaiting Approval. I set the number of titles to be viewed at the bottom to 50. When I approve a title it moves me forward it takes me to Cart Checkout. When I then confirm and click "Back to approval task list". The approval task list only shows the 1st 10 titles again, not the 1st 50. Why doesn't it stay set to view 50 titles until I logoff?

Show requested format when viewing purchase suggestions in Market
When we view purchase requests and use the "search in market" feature, it would be great if we could see the requested format in the sidebar that has the other purchase request information. That is the most important information about the request and it's not viewable unless you edit the suggestion from the Purchase Requests page.

better handling of voumes in series
The Market search is pulling up new volumes in a series just fine, but then is treating them as duplicates--both in the search results and at ordering. Different volumes in a series are not duplicates.
So far, what I'm seeing is that while the series is noted in the Details area, the volume number is not--only in the Description.
The volume number should be front and center on series. It not being made more clear is confusing from the selector's point of view (and I'm a former Serials librarian, so not like this is new to me!) and the duplicate…

Edition info in holdings
Would be useful if the institution holdings information when searching marketplace displayed edition info (i.e. 2nd ed, 3rd ed...) - currently shows just date and ISBN. Might be easier to establish current stock at a quick glance.

Add filters to Orders Awaiting Approval to allow sorting by stock status such as not yet published.
I generally don't want to order NYP titles until I know they'll be published - especially towards the end of a fiscal year. Currently there's no good way to filter out these titles. Alternatively, allow Orders Awaiting Approval to be sent to a list.

adding interested users & location notes when adding to lists
When compiling patron-recommended books in a list for future ordering, we need to be able to add the patrons as interested users, as well as noting specific locations for some books. Currently we can add notes, but in order to do so, we have to put items in a list, then view the list, find the items, and add notes. The enhancement would streamline the process.

Add a Rialto badge for Large Print books
There currently is no badge for large print books. It's difficult to discern if a title is in fact a large print edition and a badge would easily identify them to selectors.
