In the current RSS request form, the pickup location is automatically pre-filled with the first available location. Sometimes users overlook this field and submit the request without changing it to their preferred pickup location. As a result, when the item arrives, they may be surprised to find that it was sent to a different location and have to travel across campus to pick it up.

I would suggest leaving the default pickup location blank and requiring users to select a location before submitting the request. This would help prevent requests form being submitted with an unintended pickup location.
