Are you with Rapid/Ex Libris? It sounds like you may be. The problem is with the data for the library. The rapid request comes in with all of the citation information however, the information about the borrowing library imports into ILLiad with only the generic names of "New Main Library" or "Odyssey Sender." I've attached two screenshots from ILLiad to show how little information imports from Rapid into ILLiad. New Rapid addresses are mostly blank fields. Rapid needs to ensure that more library data than the library symbol imports into ILLiad address records. Editing these address records to add of the information we need to abide by license agreements, print shipping labels, and pull statistics for the ALA International Interlibrary Loan Survey is VERY time intensive. If you have an easy solution in the ILLiad customization manager, please share a screenshot of your settings. Otherwise, Rapid is lacking in essential data points that libraries need and this needs to be fixed.
