"Send query to patron" is visible in attachments
When you send an e-mail to patron using the "Send query to patron"-function in Alma it would be useful if that e-mail is later visible in attachments, so that other colleagues might see exactly what have been said.

Thanks for clarifying where those patron query letters are kept! I never knew they lived in the User Details attachments. The filename tip and reasoning about long-term storage make total sense. Handy to know for future searches! 👍 https://rain-sounds.app/

💬 Sent patron query letters are visible in attachments, but they're stored in a different location than you might expect:
・They appear in 'User Details' > 'Attachments' tab (not in the Resource Sharing > Borrowing Requests attachments)
・File names start with 'QueryToPatronLetter_...'💭 Why it likely works this way:
--------------------------------
・These are patron-facing communications, so they're stored with other user communications
・Resource Sharing requests may be archived/removed after completion (depending on cleanup rules)
・Storing them in user details ensures longer-term visibility➤How to find them:
-------------------------
・From the individual request, click the hyperlinked username in the request task list to navigate to the user page
・Then check the attachments tab🤓☝️ Workaround: If you need quick reference while the request is active, you could copy the notification and paste it in your resource sharing request notes.
