Offer a flat file (spreadsheet/database) of our institution's profiles, for download.
I would love to be able to download spreadsheet of each of my institution's Pivot users' profiles I would then send them a survey that would ask for new keywords, recent publications, new areas of expertise, etc, and update the spreadsheet accordingly. (It would be made clear that responding to the survey would serve as consent to update respondents' Pivot profiles.) Then, I wonder if Pivot could use the data to automatically update profiles? If we not, we could do this in-house (again, with permission).
A self-service, downloadable report is planned for June release

Eddie: Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your request for clarification. What would be useful, as an Admin and/or proxy, would be to have a spreadsheet with entire profiles (by user), then send each user their "row" and ask them to update it, or let us know which fields are out of date.

Could you clarify a bit? ... are you primarily needing a list of your users profiles + email and with their current keywords? it doesn't seem like you would need to have the complete profile data to accomplish what you are trying to accomplish, but rather just the name and keywords, right?
