Update 'Notes and Internal Deadlines Report' to include external deadlines when exported (currently only internal deadlines appear).

This would make this report far more useful for our organization. This idea is liked to another I have suggested in relation to inclusion of a filter to allow searches to be filters on inclusion or exclusion of notes.
