Publicly Available eBooks offered by EBSCO are only available in the EBSCOhost eBooks collection. They do not appear in the EBSCOhost Open Access Collection, and I have been informed that they are not Open Access titles, but rather are freely accessible thanks to a parternship between EBSCO and the Gutenberg Project. My understanding is that the parternship is not ongoing, and there will be no additional titles added to EBSCO's publicly accessible collection.

I would like to request that a separate collection be added to Alma for these publicly accessible titles. This allows Alma users to keep freely available titles separate from purchased content that is activated in the EBSCOhost eBooks collection.

Attached is a list of EBSCO eBooks publicly accessible titles.
