Create GeoScienceWorld Withdrawn Ebooks Collection
Work with provider to create a separate, "withdrawn titles" collection for GeoScienceWorld content that is not available to new customers but is available to existing customers.

Will be released as part of the June 30th release, please allow a few more days before this change is reflected in your environment.
