Chapter/article-level linking available at database level in Client Center
Currently, not all databases are provided with article/chapter-level linking for different reasons. The ones that have article/chapter-level linking, are added to the following page so customers can consult details:

We have found through experience that the document above is not 100% up to date, meaning that customers using it lose faith in the accuracy of that content. We propose for this information to be added at database level in the Client Center. This change would mean:
1. the information is in all one place,
2. the customer journey is not split into ExLibris documentation and Client Center,
3. customers don't need to raise a case to find out if the document above has been updated when info doesn't match,
4. the information on article/chapter-level linking is added to the database details as part of the article/chapter-level procedure followed by ExLibris (so all done as one procedure without the risk of forgetting to update the document above).
The customer experience would greatly improve if this is implemented.
