Scrolling improvement on facet pane
When the screen is scrolled to the bottom of the search results list, the refinement function is not visible. It is desirable to be able to scroll facet portion and search result display portion independently.

[360 Core & 360 Link] ISSN / ISBN search enhancement request
For EJP and 360 Link, ISSN & ISBN search is availavle only when the ISSN & ISBN are included on Title Metadata.
But there are many title's metadata which have only eISSN / eISBN even if title data of each DB has the pISSN / pISBN.
*Sometimes Title Metadata doesn't have any ISSN/ISBN.On Client Center, we can find titles by searching pISBN even if title metadata doesn't have pISBN.
I think same specification is better on EJP and 360 Link.13 votesWe're working on this as part of an auto-normalization project with the Content Team.

Add link back to client center from Summon admin console
Add link back to client center from Summon admin console
12 votesThe plan for the 360/Intota Services November 2024 release is to open the Summon Administration Console in a new tab. This way you won't lose the content of 360 Client Center or Intota.

open the "search within a journal" results in a new tab or window
Clicking on a journal title to use the "search within a journal" feature eliminates the original search. It would be helpful to have this open as a search in a new window or browser tab so that the original search is not lost.

Add a custom JS/CSS field to simplify UI customization
If you want to apply custom CSS currently, you need to use the Summon 2.0 External Script URL field in the Admin Consol, then call the CSS from that script. The files then need to be hosted somewhere. A better solution for us would be to incorporate a custom JS/CSS field in the Summon Admin Console to allow you to directly enter your script or CSS; or a file upload facility like the Springshare products (see attached screenshot from the LibGuides admin area). This would speed up our ability to fix issues and make usability changes.
