Ability to edit/streamline clipboard Leganto Task List
The current Leganto Task List includes items that are not tasks - they are completed. We'd like to be able to config/edit this display so that only actual tasks ie. 'processing' and 'ready for processing' are displayed.

I'm out of votes but +1 for this idea. I agree with Deborah - if we're not able to configure this ourselves, taking out 'complete' and possibly even 'being prepared' would be a good compromise.

Being able to configure the tasklists at our own institution would be fantastic! But at a minimum definitely remove the "Unassigned - complete" tasklist out of the Reading Lists tasks, because it's completely redundant: if there's a library where they really need to complete the task of assigning every list to someone, then they can use the "Unassigned" tasklist instead.

Yes please - I've mentioned this to ExLibris directly but had not got round to creating an Idea. This is really illogical and misleading - our current Reading Lists Task List shows 1765 'Unassigned' lists, but then the breakdown shows 1729 of these are 'Unassigned - complete' thus they do not need any work and should not be listed as tasks. But there are other statuses we would like to be able to include as incomplete, eg one we created manually called 'Library query in progress' to indicate that we have paused the list review whilst we wait to hear back from another colleague/team with info that will allow us to continue the review. Being able to configure this list would allow a more accurate snapshot of the lists still in some stage of processing.

In supporting streamlining workflows only showing the tasks that need attention will help staff to find quickly what they need to do and what they can safely ignore, while leaving staff who need to see the other menus to configure their display.
