Retain the original 'request for review' date
Due to administrative deadlines etc we are interested in knowing when the list was first sent for review to the library. As of now we are experiencing that this date is updated when/if a course instructor submits the reading list again, which means we lose the original date.
Our suggestion is that the original date is retained in a separate field.
Available in August release.

We would also like to retain the original date that a list is sent to library for review and that this original date remains on the Reading Lists Task List as a sort-able field.
We use the 'request for review' date to help sort submitted lists for processing by library staff so lists are processed in the order that they are submitted to the library and so lists are processed in a timely manner. Processing lists according to submission date is a critical part of our workflow especially during the peak period of list submissions in the lead up to the start of each semester when we can have over a 100 lists awaiting processing. However because this field is currently overwritten each time the list is sent to library we have had cases where lists that have been submitted early in the process are not processed for a number of weeks as they are re-sorted to the end of the ready for processing queue each time the Instructor resends to library. As the popularity of Leganto increases at our institution and more lists are being submitted it is critical that we have a timely turnaround on list processing to ensure we meet our KPIs for list processing, ensure student access to resources and also to meet the expectations of Unit Coordinators who have done the 'right' thing and submitted their lists early and are only making minor tweaks to their lists after the original submission to the library for review.
