Allow the public user interface drop down menus options to be removed
The public user interface for Leganto (for example https://readinglists.rgu.ac.uk/leganto/public/44RGU_INST/searchlists?auth=LDAP) has a several drop down menus on the home page: module status, faculty and subject.
We would like an option that would allow us to remove some of these from the public user interface if they are not in use. For example we do not use the subject option currently but the drop down menu is there and always returns no results when used.
Available in Dec 2019

Hi,
It seems that for faculty this doesn't work.
In Dec/Jan release we have plans to give the ability to customize the default value and disable drop downs.Regards,

Hello Miriam
Thank you for this, we have now successfully removed the subject drop down menu from the home page. Can we ask is there a similar option for "Faculty"? We've had a look but been unable to track one down.
Kind Regards
Victoria

Hi,
By disabling the subject tag (in Leganto Features set parameter subject_tags to false), the drop down menu will be removed.
Thanks,
Miriam, Leganto BA
