Public notes to have text formatting.
It would be helpful to be able to do some basic formatting of Public Notes text. Such as being able to bold or colour fonts and change font size. This would improve the user experience as students would be able to more easily pick out Public Notes text in reading lists and academics could customise the appearance of the notes text they write.

We would also like for it to be possible to make text in public notes hypertext links, rather than having web addresses as plain text that has to be copied into the browser address bar.
