Enhance deep-linking in app to work with product integrations
The November 2025 release introduced deep linking within the app. However, this does not extend to product integrations such as the self-checkout Alma integration.
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/campusM/campusM_Release_Notes/2025/campusM_2025_Release_Notes?mon=202511BASEUse case: On the Library shelves, we have signage inviting students and staff to use the app to scan book barcodes for borrowing. At present, we can only provide a QR code with instructions for downloading the app, and then tell them to look for the relevant tile.
Now that most of our students are aware of the app and already have it installed, it would be a much better experience for them to scan…

Product Integration: List - Improvements
It would be useful if the List Product Integration offered the following features:
• The ability to present an External URL AND a Description in a list - At present, you can only show one or the other. This would allow us to add a brief summary of the purpose of the URL (in the ‘opened’ list view), supporting the Search feature and user navigation.
• The ability to configure platform specific overrides when applying an External URL to a list - As offered in App Builder for individual Menu Options, we may wish Mobile/Web users to open different locations,…

Events PI ability to show events by roles
We have a use case where students would like to see events aligned with their roles.
We are aware that we can create a separate Events PI tile that is only visible to the relevant roles, however we require the ability to show events dynamically based on the individuals role.
3 votesThis feature was removed from the 2026 roadmap due to reprioritization, as it had a low number of votes (3 at the time of writing). Therefore, this feature will move back to Accepted status and will be considered for the 2027 roadmap.

Bus tracking
The bus tracking integration looks like it could really benefit our users but just being limited to one provider is limiting. If the module could be opened up to a RESTFul API - this would mean we could then use the module but with different providers.

Add an optional 'copy to clipboard' button to ID Card PI
One of the best features to come out of Outlook was the inclusion of the 'copy to clipboard' icon next to fields in the address cards. No more fiddly selecting the address and accidentally picking up text either side. Since many of the fields in the ID Card PI are numbers and details that students want to use in other apps, why not make it really easy to grab them? This wouldn't make sense for every field, so perhaps make it optional if administrators wanted to include it? Thanks :)

Add a Note to the ID Card PI
Please add a Note field in the ID Card PI configuration form in order to display a static note to app users when they open the ID Card tile.
Use case: We have noticed that some students try to use the app to open the library security gates or to use the self-check machines. They think that the barcode in the app can be used for that, being not aware that self-check machines and gates work with the Mifare technology. Therefore, we would like to display a note in the ID Card tile to inform them of this limitation.

While we agree that this is a good and viable idea, it did not make it into the 2026 roadmap.
This Idea will be reconsidered for the 2027 roadmap.
