Product Integration: List - Improvements
It would be useful if the List Product Integration offered the following features:
• The ability to present an External URL AND a Description in a list - At present, you can only show one or the other. This would allow us to add a brief summary of the purpose of the URL (in the ‘opened’ list view), supporting the Search feature and user navigation.
• The ability to configure platform specific overrides when applying an External URL to a list - As offered in App Builder for individual Menu Options, we may wish Mobile/Web users to open different locations, e.g. App vs Web Page. At present this can only be achieved by linking to a hidden Menu Option with the required configuration, but it would be useful to be able to configure this within the PI itself, allowing us to not have to maintain this alongside.
This idea will be considered by the R&D team, and this status will be changed in no more than 6 months.

In addition, it would be beneficial if ‘clicks’ on individual list items were available in Analytics to enable us to track use of each item throughout the academic year.

Following unsuccessful resolution via Support Case I would also like to add the following to my initial list above:
• The ability for list items to be identified via the platform Search facility - This is a key requirement for us, as at present our users are unable to search to easily find items that have relocated to the list PI. It doesn't feel right that this was not originally built to be included when 'list' by it's simple meaning is going to contain text that should be searchable.

I'm setting up some FAQs and using the List - Product Integration, as this was suggested by campusM to display FAQs for my institution.
However it appears as though you cannot hyperlink any of the description text. So a link to an email address, or a website for more information is impossible.
This renders 'Lists - Product Integration' not a very useful tool for FAQs at all and it's merely a checklist. Please incorrporate the ability to link parts of the description text. Or just make it HTML so we can modify it accordingly.
The ability to link only exists with the heading/title... and i don't see much value or a good use case in that at all.
