Add email field to feedback form
Can we add a field to the feedback form that asks for an email/BlazerID? We are getting requests/issues reported, but sometimes we only have the anonymous email attached with the report so the only way to reach back out is through push notifications.

Customised start day for timetable (internationalisation)
Currently the timetable starts on a Monday, but there are 19 countries in the world with a Friday/Saturday weekend (including this customer!), and a couple with Thursday/Friday weekends. This makes the Monday start day completely incompatible. Please consider adding this option as a global option for the organisation in App Manager, similar to how Google Calendar deals with it (see attached).

Due to complexities around how courses are managed in the timetabling system and VLE, it would be extremely challenging to create a generic solution that would enable this functionality.

Native integration with social media
Integrate with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) to allow, content to be displayed on live tiles and accessed within Pocket Guide and AEK pages.
16 votesHey all, We currently support RSS and API feeds to populate live tiles, content pages and newsfeeds. There are a number of tools out there that allow feeds to be converted from Facebook et al to RSS or API outputs. we suggest customers use this approach.

widgets
Please add widgets as a feature e.g. next timetable event, next bus etc. Many apps now feature widgets and this will increasingly be the expectation of users of the campusM product.

Even a position’s longitude and latitude given by the web service, the native directory search component can only perform a Google / Apple Maps search based on the text of the address which is on the service. As a result of it Google / Apple Maps
returns wrong result. It would be great yo use position’s longitude and latitude.5 votesClosed as part of the Ideas Exchange Cleanup 2024

Adding campusM via “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone, prompts the user to login every time they click on the added icon
After adding campusM via “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone, prompts the user to login every time they click on the added icon, it is bit annoying
Suggestion to have logged in after added to home screen.
1 voteThe expected behavior is that the user should remain logged in on their device. If this is still relevant, please open a support case.

After logged in Tile rearranging according to the screen size breaks spacial memory
After logged into my.monash, the tiles rearranging itself based on the screen size its a cool teh demo however it it breaks people's spacial memory. A break-point based solution might be better.
Suggestion to have:Defined break points by main device types e.g. desktop, laptop, iPhone. See icloud.com's design: 5 or 7 icons across. No more. No less.

New tabs
Based on user experience, opening everything (all tiles) in new tabs is annoying, for both desktop and mobile. We would to have like to have ability to specify open in new tab or not. The sales force ticket has been raised and the incident no is: #00330231

Windows 10 app?
With the increase in Windows 10 apps and acceptance as an OS, is there any opportunity for campusM to reconsider producing a windows 10 application?
3 votesThe market share for Windows phone has continued to drop this year, despite Windows 10 being released. Given its lack of popularity, we cannot commit to developing an app specific for Windows Phone at this stage. however, we continue to monitor device OS popularity.

When I look at my timetable in week view and I scroll down to the Friday section (for instance), I can click on an event and I can see the relevant details, however when I go back to the week view, the list has scrolled to the top again.
My suggestion is to have the list remember its position before an event is clicked, and then on returning to the list view from the clicked event, have the list remain in the position it was in before clicking the event, rather than returning to the top of the list again.

Should be able to make notes on your timetable.
For example, if you have a seminar, you can leave a reminder on your timetable to let you know that you haven't yet answered all the questions etc. Or if you need to pick up some handouts before attending the lecture.

Support emails, set reply-to field to the user's email
Could you please make it so that when a user submits a feedback/problem/idea the email notifications which it sends has the reply-to field automatically set to the user's email address.
This would allow these emails to be fead into our Helpdesk system and set to reply to the right user.

Overhaul Insight Analytics
I would like to see a complete overhaul of Insight.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to develop business cases for justifying work within CampusM without the statistical evidence to show usage, especially for AEK development.
Whether it is:
https://logentries.com/insights/mobile-app-monitoring/
Or:
http://www.google.co.uk/analytics/
etc.
We need to know what users are doing as fine grained as possible. This help show our product owners the value in AEK development. At the moment we can only show that people use the app in general. Not where they came from and where they want to. What screen they stayed on etc. In general, it is…
