Make scheduled notifications editable by others who have the same ability to post to that alert group
If two or more users are able to schedule messages to an alert group, they should be able to edit each other's messages. Currently they have no visibility of each other's notifications.
We have a team who work on Welcome and Induction who each use Institutional Email to login. If one of them schedules an alert, it's only that one user who can change it, not any of their colleagues who also can send messages to that alert group. A workaround is to not use Institutional Email and have a shared role account and password which is OK for one team (although not good from a security perspective), but unworkable for 72 departments and 100+ staff who manage student comms.
