Integrated Search
Since our product has launched we have been receiving positive feedback of the search capabilities. Many across the community really like the power of the search, which is a real selling point for adoption. We would like to have the search box more front-and-center to showcase this wonderful feature.
Some members have also commented that on the computer verson of our campusM portal, the search feature is buried within the drop down menu to the right hand corner.
We propose a UI change to make the search always visible inside the web view, I believe this would be a beneficial to most ssites that promote the search feature to their users. here could be a checkbox within the Admin App Settings which gave clients the option to always show the search box or continue hiding it.
Attached is a mock-up of what our site suggests with the enhancement.
