Enable an institution to customize the app manager feedback such that it can be redirected to a different feedback solution for ideas.
The current feedback mechanism is very basic. There is no capability for a user to see if idea an idea has already been posted or to vote on ideas. We want to instead direct users to a feedback portal (like this one) where they can see what other ideas have been raised and vote on.

I see this as being really useful. To extend to this idea - it would be great if the 'problem' section could be a redirect off to an internal portal for all IT issues. IT ultimately deal with all of these issues but they do not have access to the app back-end. Therefore at the moment we only have one choice which is to turn it all off so that nothing is visible.
